Hey everyone!
I wanted to create this section in the Blog to help you visualize a finished design and carefully select the main elements that you need to achieve the same look. We all love our bedroom, which is our little sanctuary, and thought you would also like this one by Studio Mcgee which I'm obsessed with! I want to make an affordable version of this design, so follow reading to find out my best finds!
1. Bed frame and headboard
When looking at beds it is of course a very personal choice, in this case I have selected an affordable one from Ikea. I also love Zara Home's linen headboards and Anthropologie beds. For the Ikea bed I would change those metal legs for wooden ones. You can just choose the once you prefer when buying the bed.
2. Bedside tables and table lamps
In order to not go too much over budget I came across these grey bedside table from Atkin & Thyme (on sale at the moment!)
For the table lamps I must say my go to shop is Zara Home. Good quality at affordable prices, check out the ceramic lamp I have chosen below.
3. Vintage Rug and Rustic Bench
There can't be a beautiful master bedroom design without the focal point of a rug and a bench.
I am totally in love with Anthropologie rugs and Zara Home vintage style rugs. I also like a vintage bench but in this case I have found a cheaper one from a danish brand called Ilva.
4. Styling decorative objects: prints, cushions, throw blankets...
Once we have all the furniture in place, the last move is to style the room with some beautiful prints and vintage frames. I normally like Desenio as it is an affordable place that has a really wide range of options for prints. Cushions and throw blankets would definitely be from Zara Home or H&M Home.
Of course every space and house is different but I hope this selection of home goods will help you in designing your perfect master bedroom.
Until next time and thanks for popping by!
